Stock control

The SEC Solutions Stock Control program efficiently monitors and controls the coming and goings of your Stock, producing reports on Stock movements, Reorder quantities based on Reorder levels and produces instant Stock Valuations.

Stock can be imported from the SEC Database, and prices can be updated in line with the Updating Service we provide.

The Software allows for unlimited ‘Locations’…be they Bin Numbers or Outside storage areas

Items in Stock can be given a unique ‘Part Number’

Stock items can be a given a default markup percentage for Invoicing purposes.

An excellent ‘at -a-glance’ list of current stock levels is available……... (see opposite)

Goods can be booked directly into the Contract Costing module.

Orders for Stock can be placed either from this module or from Purchase Order Processing

A complete ‘Transaction History’ of every product can be viewed, providing full accountability.

Unique (non database) items can be easily added and given a unique identifier code.

Prices of Stock can be based on Trade, Retail or Average, to suit your requirements.

Agreed Net prices can be used instead of the usual Trade/Discount/Net
