The SEC Solutions Invoicing Program enables the speedy and accurate production of all types of Invoices. provides links to and from many other SEC modules facilitating the transfer of information easily

Invoices can be produced from: Contract Costing; Dayworks; Estimates; Stock; Electrical or Mechanical Databases; or just simple ‘UNLIMITED’ free format text lines.

Can be set to charge a default Mark-up for all Invoices

A default ’Due date’ can be set, as can a ‘Minimum Invoiced Value’ warning

A ‘Layout Designer’ is included so you may create different layouts depending on your customers requirements….full Colour including your own Logo

Invoices are stored by Number and Customer and can be recorded as ‘Paid / Unpaid’. A report of overdue Invoices is available

Customers ‘Early Settlement’ discounts can be incorporated, taking the uncertainty out of VAT calculations

Customers own Discount / Mark-up structure can be applied automatically to goods included on an Invoice
