Applications and interim claims

The SEC Solutions ‘Applications’ program enables interim claims to be produced quickly and efficiently.
All calculations are included; Percentages complete, MCD deductions, Retentions and VAT to be included.
Contract Values can be imported from the SEC Estimating Software, broken down into individual Section Values.
Claims can be produced at anytime based on the users estimate of current values
A ‘Layout Designer’ is included to enable the print out to be personalized.
Shortfalls between amount claimed and amount paid can be automatically catered for.
Retention percentages can be altered to suit each claim.
Customer information can be recalled from the SEC Solutions Customer Database
Variations can easily be added and included in future claims.
Print outs of individual ‘Applications’ OR a Summary of all ‘Applications’ can be obtained, the later showing totals, over a selected period, of monies claimed, received and retained, and of MCD deducted.
VAT Invoices can be created automatically on receipt of payment
Progress Charts’ show at a glance completion percentages
